Take note that not all file formats will work in all cases and for all types of products.

You may e-mail files up to 10MB in size. Larger files could be sent by FTP. Contact us if you need to send us a large file.

Files may be compressed with .zip compression software.

All fonts should be converted to outlines.

We work with Windows Softwares but we can accept files created on Mac.
